Breeze, our fastest dog, was unavailable for this tournament so we did not expect to do well. Therefore we were not surprised when we didn't win any rosettes. However our team ethos is 'winning is a bonus' so as ever we had a great day out. Hopefully our seed time will be down in time for the next competition at Hirst Courtney.  Foster joined The Dolly Mixtures in starters and came away with a third place rosette, a good placing considering two of the dogs had not run in competition before.  Foster is improving with every outing an will be an asset to the team when he runs in division.

Congratulations must go to Debbie, Robin and the Bellestars for staging a well run tournament and overcoming the problems with the lights and the bad weather.  Congratulations also go to Millie who gained her 1000 points during the morning racing, Sue and John toasted her success later on at home with a bottle of John's Chardoggay.
