When Sue and John first saw flyball at The Selby Game Fair they knew flyball was the sport for them.  In 2004 along came Millie, the rest as they say is history.

Sue was a teacher before taking early retirement, she now has a full time job looking after John, Millie and Daisy.  As well as flyball Sue enjoys cooking, baking, dog obedience and agility, she also goes to keep fit classes with Carole.

John went to work for Yorkshire Water in 1974 as an electrician, he is still there but working in IT hence he is our webmaster.  John is also our team winemaker coming up with vintages such as Chardoggay, a Vin Pawdinaire, and Châteauneuf de Pup, a Vin de Paws D'Og.

Millie is a Border-Lakeland cross and is the smallest of the team height dogs, she gained her Flyball Dog Award at Middlesbrough in May 2006 and her FDI at Cantley in August, she has since gained her FDG in December 2007 at Doncaster and her FDA at Drax in 2009.  Millie has also passed her Kennel Club Good Citizens Bronze and Silver awards.  As well as flyball Millie enjoys walking, playing, eating and digging up Sue's vegetable plot.

Sue and John now have a second Border-Lakeland cross Daisy, who is a half sister to Millie.  She attended her first flyball tournament at The Northern Racing College in December 2006.  Daisy had her debut race back where it all began at Carlton Towers during Easter 2008 where she hardly put a paw wrong.  She gained her Flyball Dog Award at York in August and also has KC Bronze and Silver.  Daisy share's Millie's hobbies especially digging so Sue has again abandoned all hope of growing vegetables.

Sue and John now have a third member of the family, Dennis.  Dennis is from the same stable as Millie and Daisy but he is not related.  He was however bred to be a hardy working dog and he is fitting in well.  He has already started his flyball training with Stan's specially made puppy jumps, he has also started his first major excavation, will Sue ever grow vegetables again?
